Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions explain how bookings work in connection with content on airserviceonline.com. AirServiceOnline LLC is an informational resource and does not itself sell or process bookings for flights, accommodation, transfers or any other travel service.

1. Bookings Are Made With Third-Party Providers

Any flight, hotel, transfer or other travel product referenced on our website is offered and sold by the relevant airline, accommodation provider, or affiliate travel partner ("Provider"), not by AirServiceOnline. When you complete a booking after following a link from our site, you are entering into a contract directly with that Provider, on the Provider's own terms and conditions.

2. The Provider's Conditions Apply

Each Provider sets its own conditions of carriage, cancellation policy, fare rules, check-in requirements, baggage allowances and customer service procedures. Before completing a booking, you should read and understand the specific terms presented by that Provider at checkout, since they will govern your booking, not the general information found in our articles.

3. What Travellers Should Check Before Booking

  • The Provider's cancellation, change and refund policy for the specific fare or rate selected
  • Baggage allowances, seat selection fees and other ancillary charges
  • Check-in deadlines and any airport-specific requirements
  • Whether the booking is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable
  • Any insurance options offered and what they do or do not cover

4. Travel Documentation and Visa Responsibility

It is the traveller's sole responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, transit permits, and any health or entry documentation required for their itinerary. Requirements vary by nationality, destination, and transit country, and can change without notice. AirServiceOnline articles may describe general documentation practices, but this information should always be verified directly with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority before travel.

5. Changes and No-Shows

If your plans change, you must contact the Provider directly to request a change or cancellation, subject to their fare rules or rate conditions. Failing to check in or board as scheduled (a no-show) typically results in forfeiture of the booking under most Providers' conditions. AirServiceOnline has no ability to modify, cancel or reinstate a booking made with a Provider.

6. How to Contact Providers

Your booking confirmation email from the Provider will normally include the correct customer service contact details, a booking reference, and instructions for managing your reservation. Please use those official channels for any change, cancellation or complaint relating to your booking.
