If your question is about airport procedure, baggage, connections or a route, check the relevant guide first. If the answer is not there, tell us and we will look at adding it.
Partnership and partner login enquiries
Travel technology, flight search and accommodation platforms can reach us through this form. Existing commercial contacts should use the email thread they already have with us. We do not operate a self serve partner portal at the moment.
Travel content feedback
Terminal layouts change, train lines get renamed and rules get updated. If something in a guide no longer matches what you saw on the ground, that is the most useful message you can send us.
Travel support and bookings
AirServiceOnline does not issue tickets or hold reservations, so we cannot change or cancel a booking for you. Those requests go to the airline, the accommodation provider or the booking platform you used. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how responsibility is split.
